For a small set, I think this model is okay. The set is very easy and very fast to build, and it's very sturdy, too. You don't have to worry about stickers either. The boat doesn't have any play features. The only play feature is the propeller which sviwels full 360°. This set is the cheapest set to get the character Mike. You also get a flying dinosaur. If you want to get some LEGO® Adventurers sets, I would recommend you to get the bigger models first before you get this set.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
