The glider for the green goblin is very easy to build. The fins are movable and underneath the glider you can fing a machine gun. On each side you can find harpoons. The minifig can stand in the middle of the glider. The minifig is also able to sit there but it looks better if the figure stands in the middle of the glider. We also get 2 flames and 2 lanterns which are nice accessories for your LEGO® city.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
