This is LEGO® set 8112 - Arachnoid Stalker from the LEGO® Exo-Force theme with 131 pieces, which came out in 2008.

The arachnoid stalker looks very nice. The cockpit opens easily and you can see the robot. The windscreen comes with a sticker which has the LEGO® Exo-Force code on it which you can use for the LEGO® Exo-Force website if it still exists. On each side, we get 3 legs which you can move and the legs in the front come with guns. You can also see two headlights which look very nice on that mech. The small claws give this model better detail. On the back you can see two flames, which are the engine, and there's also a chainsaw attached to the legs on the front of each side.
This model also has a little mini-robot which has a skull in a small container. In the front you can see a little robot hand and there're also 4 claws on that mech. The only problem is that this piece will fall off very easily if you put this one on the front of that mech. You can also find a container on the bottom behind this mech.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
