This is LEGO® set 8076 - Deep Sea Striker from the LEGO® Atlantis theme with 260 pieces, which came out in 2010.

The jet is very simple to build. It comes with a black battle droid arm and a light. You also get harpoons on each side. We also get a green treasure key.
The lobster is awsome. The claws can punch the minifig and they're also movable. The lobster looks much bigger than the lobster I've seen in the LEGO® Aqua Raiders 'Lobster Strike' set from 2007. There're also two gears in the back which you can turn to move it's tail. The tail is also movable. The mouth can be opened and there're three eyes on each side of the head of the lobster. The only problem is that the head can't be moved.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
