The LEGO Agents theme has been very popular for a lot of LEGO fans. In todays blog we'll take a look at the LEGO Agents set 8968 - River Heist. The set came out in 2009 with 203 pieces and three minifigures. But is it worth it?

Box and instructions:

 

On the box you can see the set clearly. On the back you can also see the other LEGO Agents sets, which have been released in 2009. We'll also get an instruction manual, that is very easy to understand. This set also includes a few stickers.

Construction:

 

The set is going to be built very quickly. Shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes.

Minifigures:

 

The set includes three minifigures: Agent Fuse, Dollar Bill and Dyna-Mite. The agents figure has a bullet proof vest. On top of it, the face and torso have a printing on the back. The robbers, which have very original names, also got a double-printed torso.

The Set:

 

The set includes two boats and a vault, which can be opened. However, the boats can't float on water. The propeller on the back of the boat can spin, thanks to a wheel function. On the top of it, there're two bombs, which can be dropped into the water and a spot for the vault. The boat of the agents has two flick fire missiles, which can be shot.

Conclusion:

I think, that the set is well done. The selection of minifigures is very generous. With the two boats, this set is a good set to play with. This set is also a good part pack thanks to the colourful pieces. The minifigures may have a good collector's value by now.
