The LEGO Creator Expert Fiat 500 (Set 10271) and the LEGO Creator Mighty Dinosaurs (Set 31058) will be released in new colours. The Fiat will be changed from yellow to blue. The Mighty Dinosaurs will be available in dark blue, soon. It's not confirmed yet, when these re-realses are going to be available. A re-release of older sets isn't a new idea: There has been a re-relase of the Saturn V and the Ship in the Bottle from LEGO Ideas before.
