The build is a lot of fun and there're a few stickers to worry about. This set also includes 3 minifigures (Robin, Batwoman™ and Catwoman™), a motorcycle and a jewellery store. Catwomans motorcycle is a lot of fun to play with. It has a seat where Catwoman can sit and in the front is a headlight. The jewellery store is a very simple build and a nice addition to a LEGO® city. The street lamp can fall down and the door of the building can be opened. However, there's nothing going on inside the building. This jewellery store may be great for pieces, which can be used for MOC's (my own creations).
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
