The Rapid Raider is a really easy model to put together. It doesn't do much but it comes with a shovel where you can put the rock (which I really miss in the new Power Miners sets). The controls look awesome and you get some binonculars and a chain saw.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
