The crossbow cart is very easy to build. It has two wheels on each side and a handle where the knights can hold it. You can also see a rubber band and a lever which shoots the missiles. On the front, you can also see a crossbow on each side.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
