The completed model is okay. We get a rack for the weapons with 2 flags on the top. We also get a barrier and 2 horses. One horse is a black skeleton horse and the other one is a white horse with some nice armour. I think this is just a set to get weapons and for minifigs. This set does almost have no play features.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
