The alpha team robot diver comes with two arms on each side which can be moved. One hand is holding a gun which has a flame on it. On the top of the mech you can see two headlights and on the back you can see the engines. On each side, you can also see a joystick for the minifig. This set also comes with a plant and a bomb with a skull in it.
 
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
