The stand comes with a freezer which you can open. In there are two 1x1 plates without studs which are supposed to be the packaging of the ice cream. The other part which we get is the cash register. It has a printed computer and two translucent cones which I think are supposed to be bottles of the ice cream which the customer bought. There're also two drawers where you can store the money which is included in this set. I think it's a nice little impulse set, but I wish it should have come with a customer who is buying the ice cream.
All in all, this set is a great set and I would HIGHLY recommend you to get this. You can find this set on eBay and BrickLink for sure.
